District Sports is proud to announce our first ever Injury Prevention 101 class with GW Physical Therapy!
This class will feature an hour-long series of warm-up activities, strength, balance, and plyometrics exercises designed for hip, knee, and ankle injury prevention. All class activities will be generalized to address multiple types of injuries common to soccer players using research-based techniques. Help prevent yourself from getting injured for only $10!
